Reliable Contractor in Cleveland, Ohio

Hi BP! My husband & I just purchased our first multifamily in Cleveland, Ohio! It is a historic home that needs quite a bit of work (AC installation, siding, vinyl wood plank flooring (including re-leveling from some settling/sinkage), bathroom reno + kitchen work). I am looking for solid contractor bids + appreciate any referrals, recommendations, etc. 

Open to using different contractors for different components of the rehab. Looking to start 8/1 and finish by 9/15 (to rent out starting 10/1). Thanks in advance.

I'm curious to see how many will post on this thread. Just last week, my marketing director sent out emails to more than a dozen contractor companies in the Cleveland area to understand if we can partner up/work together on our operation (we own more than 350 properties and buy about 20 properties a month)... well, so far we have not received one mail/call back, not even to say 'sorry we are not interested'. We're clearly doing something wrong, but for the life of me I can't figure it out. So... good luck!
