Can I send a NOTICE TO TERMINATE TENANCY in Tacoma now

Washington State eviction moratorium end on August 1. Can I send a notice to terminate tenancy now for the tenant to leave on Oct 1st since Tacoma requires 60 days of notice? Thanks
