Thanks for the reply. I thought escrow fee is 50/50 between buyer and seller. Should it be 1.5 %?

I have a house in Tacoma, Washington near the Hospital, train station. I just put in $20,000 new sliding, $5,000 new electric box and wirings, carpet, water heater, new paints, new fridge, new vapor barrier and insulations. The roof is about $10 years old. It is about $1000 sq feet. How do I find out how much I can sell it? Any suggestions? Thank you.

If the eviction moratorium is lifted August 1st serve the notice once lifted and you should be able to have them out by the 31st. Check your lease to see how much notice you’re required to give them. All leases I use only require a 20 day notice.
