Rental Income Requirement
Hi,
Is it legal to require my potential tenants to have at least 3 times of monthly rent for the income requirement in CA?
Is it legal to have this in writing?
Also I ask the credit score min is 660. Is it too high?

@Stephanie Zheng It is completely legal to require 3x rent as income. Yes, you should have this in writing along with your other base requirements. I am upping all my requirements and adding steps to my screening process to allow for new criteria brought on by covid and the circumstances surrounding it.
