I want to switch to an electronic rental payment app/software, but not sure what to use as there are MANY.

Who has a company they can recommend? I was looking into Cozy.co as I am more familiar with them...

@John Lyszczyk I suggest that you look into a few free property management software options before making your final decision. Finding the best software for you really comes down to your personal needs and what features you're looking for the software to have. There are a few sites that do a good job of comparing different property management software companies, while giving you a chance to look into customer reviews. I've previously used Capterra as a platform to help with my decision - https://www.capterra.com/rental-property-management-software/
