Property Management in Pennsylvania

Hello Everyone,

Is it true that in order to start a property management company (LLC) in Pennsylvania I must do the following first?

1. Obtain a sales license (hold for 3 years)
2. Obtain broker license

I'm eager to start a company and have some people interested in hiring my services; however, I'm not sure if it's possible because of this.

Anybody have some insight? Appreciate your help everyone.
