Property Management Software/App
I'm looking into a new property management solution does anyone have any options on what they like/dislike about some of the better know products out there?

I always recommend looking into the different free property management software options that are available, especially if you don't feel like the the costs for something like Appfolio are worth it for the number of units you own/what you want to do with the software. If you choose to go this route, just make sure you compare the transaction times (i.e. some companies are "free," but make you pay to speed up deposit times, while others do quick deposits with no charge). I'd also check into specifics of what you're wanting to do (i.e. do you want to sign leases online? Do you want to send out screening applications?). Each company is slightly different in what they offer, and you just have to find the right fit for you.
