Do your tenants wire you the rent payment or pay you with personal checks or cashier's check? Are all these payment methods fine to pay the rent?

Currently, all tenants pay via Venmo, PayPal, or direct deposit into my bank account. We have phased out the pay by check option. And, we charge a $25 convenience fee if they pay by cash or I have to come get the rent.
