I'm looking at a property today (sunday) so can't call to find more info. Realtor told me only one have the homes has a foundation. Would I be able to get a loan base on just the value of the house with a foundation?

  No response but I'm actually sending another letter tomorrow. Changing it up a bit and sending it as a postcard. I am in no rush with this property. So I'll keep sending them every few months starting now.
