California House Tour During COVID

Hello Investors! I hope everyone is safe and healthy!

I am hoping to get feedback from California Investors on showing rentals during the pandemic. I have a rental coming up and potential tenants asking if they can see the house ASAP. I will not show it until the current tenants leave and I am wondering if there are any precautions to consider before I have an open house?
