Tenants smoking on premises

I am very new to landlording. I found out my tenants are smoking marijuana in the back yard. Any recommendations?

I would only care that they are not smoking anything inside the unit. Obviously, I wouldn't want someone smoking meth in the backyard, but I'm not going to stress about smoking marijuana in the backyard. With so many states allowing medicinal marijuana, you don't want to get yourself into a fair housing issue by trying to police medicinal use. If a neighbor complained about it, I would just tell them to call the police and let the police handle the civil matter. I don't want to be involved in neighbor tattletales.
