@Mike McCarthy does it show as pending in your account before the 4-5 day window so that you know the tenant wasn’t late to pay or no?

@John Warren thanks for the response. Isnt cozy free for landlords? Do they charge you for background checks? Also do the tenants have to pay anything for having to use cozy?

Which property management software do you recommend and why? I have heard of the following three from the majority of people: cozy, tellus, rentmindme. Which one would be best for collecting rents and doing background checks with?

Thanks in advance for your response!

@Michael Noto

Got it, thanks for the info!

@Nicole Heasley Beitenman

Thanks for that! Can tenants pay you online through  Rentmindme or do you use another software for that?

@Dylan Tanaka

Thanks for the response. Who do you use for renters insurance for the tenants ?

@Anne Jenkins thank you! I like that you do it that way. I might do that as well as soon as I find out what the lienable bills in my area are.

@Daniel Haberkost @Matt Ziegler

Thanks for the response guys. I will look into that!

@Kyle J.

Thanks man, I appreciate the information! This helps a lot.
