[Section 8] Baltimore City voucher in Baltimore County

Fellow investors, I am representing a couple clients on Baltimore County properties to find Section 8 tenants. I have been getting a ton of bites from Baltimore city but am not sure if their voucher is good for a Baltimore County property. 

Can anyone confirm in their experience if this is possible? I am having no luck reaching out to either office.
