Condo property management - Niles IL

Hello BP,

I am in need of one unit condo property manager in Niles, IL. I have a difficult tenant that has not paid rent since March (before Covid-19 pandemic). The tenant constantly sending texts and complaining about almost anything and everything. I do have a lawyer and in process of eviction, however, it’s all on hold for now as you know.

I come to learn , the hardest thing about dealing with a bad tenants and evection is mental (short of the financial aspect.

Please let me know if you of a good PM or if you have any advise on how to handle this situation.
