Can I withdraw from Social Security for Red collection?

Hey guys, so I have this  prospective  tenant who gets $900 monthly in Social Security and a bit of other income... but with all these people who are furlowed these days, I feel that I don’t want to rely on his other income. Social Security is usually stable income.  So can I do an automatic withdrawal from his Social Security for his rent payments? Something tells me that probably not. But i figured I would ask anyway...
