[url]We purchased our duplex 10 months ago, one of our closing agreements was that the owners replace a patch on the roof that was missing shingles. They fixed it and all was good, until today when we got.strong winds and.that same patch of singleness off.I'm wondering if the previous owners can still be held liable for this?
