Rent Colection Software
Looking into Cozy as a rent management software. Has anyone had any experience with this or are there better programs out there?
Thanks for the help!

Cozy is a great option. The only thing I'd consider is whether you want to sign leases online or not. Most other property management software (Tenant Cloud, Innago, Avail, etc.) has that option, but Cozy doesn't currently offer that feature.
