Tenants Pay Partial Payment After Eviction Started

We begun an eviction on Monday with some tenants. I sent them an email explaining the process had started and that no partial payments will be accepted from this point forward. The next day they sent a few hundred bucks via Cozy (they owe $3,400). There's no way to stop this payment or refund it back through Cozy.

What should I do at this point. Send a certified check back to them requesting a signed receipt so I know they got it? Or since I have it in writing saying no partial payments are allowed will the court disregard their partial payment? I didn't want the court to dismiss the eviction because I "accepted" partial payment.

@Zach Terhune  If I were you, the only thing I'd do at this point is consult a local landlord-tenant attorney in your own state and pose this question to them.  This question is far too dependent on the individual state laws, and the circumstances of your unique situation, for any of us to answer with any absolute certainty.  And the last thing you want to do is do something thinking it's correct, and then get all the way to court, only to realize it wasn't have to start the process all over.
