Potential tenant with a previous landlord court filing
Hi, are you I had in the past asked about what you think about taking a tenant with an eviction history and most people were against it to an extreme.
I would like to know what do you think about a tenant a potential tenant and has just a filing in court not an actual eviction ( they claim that thet eere just a few days late and the landlord right away filed but they paid it up). Is it as bad as an actual eviction?
also when you check the history on smart move can I see if it was an actual eviction or just a filing?
thank you

@Sami Gren to me it is the attitude and the extreme to which the tenant was willing to go...........as a LL I would happily move on. Leopards do not change their spots.
