No Heat in Bedrooms-Michigan

I moved into a 2 bedroom house managed by a Realtor a month ago. I saw it when it was being fixed up. After I moved in, I realized there were no heating vents in the bedrooms. The Realtor seems hesitant to do anything. They keep saying they are going to talk to their furnace man, but nothing seems to come of it. Can anyone give me any idea what my options are if they don't provide heat in the bedrooms? There is heat in the front room and living rooms (none in the bathroom though).

Thank you.

Lisa
