Regular Maintenance Frustration
How frustrated are you with managing your properties maintenance? My tenants constantly reach out about issues they are having. Is that something you all experience?

Ways to avoid this are to buy a solid property, or do a good rehab on the front end. Buy in good areas, and do a diligent job screening tenants on the front end.
Either issues are real and your property is in a state of disrepair, or they're non existent and the tenant is the issue. Figure out which is the issue and fix it going forward.
