I’m a tradesman!  I own outright under 10 properties!  Scaling to not want to do all the physical work anymore!

Becoming the bank!!  Thinking of owner financing all my properties!!

What do you think?? I know litigation costs will be high, maybe loss of properties increasing in value, why would you become bank ( owner finance) , why you would not??
