What is "good cash flow"???

I primarily invest in rental...buy and hold properties.  I often hear "as long as it cash flows" or something related to that. I would like to know exactly what other investors consider "good cash flow".

It’s different for everyone.  My property needs to cash flow $300.  If it’s a multi unit building it is $200 a month. I have a few that are in 400’s.  

Let me ask you back what kind of cash flow do you look for?
