Inheriting bad tenants during Covid-19
Hey BP!
I wanted to get everyone's input on a dilemma that I will be facing. I will be closing on a duplex soon and as part of the deal, I will be inheriting some tenants that have not been the best in all aspects. I am planning to live in the unit that they are in once we close escrow. With our current COVID-19 issue, what do you think is the best way to go about removing them since evictions are not being processed right now? Will I just have to wait and incur the expenses?
Any input is appreciated!

You are likely going to have to wait it out and incur expenses. Or make delivering the property empty part of the deal.
