Ever have a property get hit by a Tornado?

Well. Yet another story under my belt. Had a duplex get hit by a tornado last night. Trees thrown everywhere. All things considered it could have been worse. Nobody died.

Ever happen to you? How did you handle it? I got out my chainsaw and helped the tenants get their cars out from under trees. I guess this one is going to be an insurance claim. Did I mention I’ve owned it less than a month?

It’s been a bad day.
