Hi fellow BP members. I would like to ask the community if we have a way to get Colorado eviction leads. I tried to search for online sources but not so lucky to find one. Can somebody help me?

@Raymund Emperoa to my knowledge they don't exist online. Most can only be obtained by trekking down to the county court and getting a copy of the specific case. Some can be found by doing a records search and then piecing together the data for limited types of evictions. Some areas even hide behind a statue that does not release information to parties not involved in the case unless you will sign a waiver that you are not going to use the information for financial gain. Your mileage may vary.
