Do both spouses have to sign as landlord?

My husband and I both own the home we are about to rent out. Do he and I both have to sign as landlord? My husband will take the lead on handling the rental. We are in Texas.

Replied

Either or should be fine.

I have never been asked to even prove I was the owner on title anytime I have signed a lease.

Nor has a Magistrate asked this when doing an eviction.
