I’m considering a turnkey duplex purchase in Hamilton, OH 45013 and am researching the area. At first glance, it seems like area crime is EXTREMELY high. Can anyone local or who is familiar with this area shed some light on this? The property is located on Ross Ave in Hamilton, OH.
