Is it still a good decision
I know that trying to sell a house on a busy street won’t sell fast, and even sell for less because of it. What I want to know is. Will the sam thing apply for buying and renting out a home on a busy street?

Depends on:
1 - The demand in that market,
2 - How busy the street is
3 - What the alternatives are in the area just outside of that market
