Contract ending soon on a tenant *But i dont want them to stay

i currently have tenant in my property and the contract is soon too be over ... hint. in a couple days!

i dont want to recontract the tenant due to many reason 

Problem.. Look like they dont want to leave and dont have anywhere to go.

I NEED HELP! What is the legal thing to do? Once that contract is over? I want them out!

You give them written notice that you won't be renewing the contract- make sure you give them notice in accordance with your lease AND local laws.
