@Blake DeWitt good to know! I need to save you for future business. Im in the north fort worth side of town.

I live here in fort worth tx and i have a tenant that i want out of my property. *pass due rent/no income* The contract is past due and i told them i dont want to recontract them. How do i get them to move legally without an eviction. Thanks for reading

@Marco Heras im new to brrrr aswell here in north fort worth. Just got done reading the book and strategizing a plan myself. They did have a meet and greet months ago but not sure if there any upcoming meets soon.

i currently have tenant in my property and the contract is soon too be over ... hint. in a couple days!

i dont want to recontract the tenant due to many reason 

Problem.. Look like they dont want to leave and dont have anywhere to go.

I NEED HELP! What is the legal thing to do? Once that contract is over? I want them out!
