I just closed on my first deal last week and already thing about my next. I am buying property to rent. I don't want to get too ahead of myself and was wondering what would be a considered a reasonable amount of time to wait before looking for another property?

Yesterday.

Kidding, of course. But like Bill Gulley said - it depends on your situation. If you can handle more, go for more. But don't get over leveraged. Maintain super high standards so that 99% of listings are terrible, but always be on the lookout for deals.

That's my thoughts anyways!
