what are steps in doing out of state properties due deligence

I am considering purchasing properties very far like 10-15 hours driving distance

Main concern is how to know if property connected to city sewer or has own septic tank(if own septic tank big NO for me)

qpublic.net shows some properties information including sewer septic or not but not showing all properties and counties

are there any big property inspectors company who are in all states? can they visually inspect everything for me before i go in contract like city sewer or not or like big hole in roof , is property like in big downstream slope side etc.

Please advise
