Need help with Lease Agreement

First time renting out a property. Need professional help in drafting up the lease agreement. How do I find a good real estate attny. someone meNtioned using eviction attorney. How do I find a good one? Help! Any advise or referrals for CA

There is no need to reinvent the wheel! Biggerpockets has a lease and some other forms already built. They are approved for your specific state, written by real Landlords and not some attorney that's never owned a rental, and been used by many BP users. Go to the menu up top, TOOLS > LANDLORD RESOURCES. The package costs less than one hour with an attorney.
