Hey BP,

Has any one successfully completed taking possession of a tax deed in Alabama that had occupants?

If so how did you do it, what is that process or how can I find it? Did you use a lawyer? Did it all yourself? Benefits and cons for both methods? What are items one should bare in mind if they do it themselves?

Thank you so much for input. I have a been jerked around by an attorney and my time is running out.
