I been renting the same house for 5 yrs, I paid 2x amount of rent for deposit. I been renting the same home for 5yrs, I only signed 1 year lease the 1st yr. The years after I didnt sign a lease , it was all verbal, owner never increased my rent, I was suppose to pay my rent every 1st but I paid it bewteen the 10th-18th every month. Can I still get my deposit back now that I'm moving out?

If it was a security deposit, you should be able to get it back given there are no damages to the unit.
