Whats your favorite paint color to stock for rentals?

So doing over another two unit now, and I’m thinking it’d be wise to just keep stock in a favorite “rental” paint color. Touch ups will be easier and I won’t question down the road what the heck color I used like in the past. Does anyone have their favorite “go to” color that looks nice and the tenants seem fine with? I’m thinking neutral. Didn’t know if some colors are proven to be more popular? It’s so hard to choose as there’s a million!

The place we’re doing now is super old, so I am painting the original trim an off white (not bright white), and still need to figure out a wall color.
