Renting to yourself??
Hey I am not sure if this has been asked or discussed before and if so please point be to the relevant thread.
I have a LLC that owns a chain of stores and restaurants and all the properties we are in now are leased.
My wife and I bought a property that we are going to be doing up for leasing to commercial tenants. Is it a bad idea or good idea if one of my stores is a tenant?
Any thoughts be appreciated.
