House Hacking in Chandler, AZ

Alright my name is Jimmy, I'm a 26 yr old submarine veteran. Just purchased my first property in Chandler, AZ with the VA loan and since I will be moving to AZ alone in a 3 bedroom/ 2ba house I wanted to house hack. Any tips on house hacking would be greatly appreciated, again this is my first property and I would like to learn as much as possible. The ultimate goal is to get into multi family properties later on in the near distant future.
