Anybody near the Phoenix/Chandler area that rents out a car on turo? I was looking into buying an eco car solely for turo but I’m trying to do my research first to see if it would be profitable. Any advice or recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Alright my name is Jimmy, I'm a 26 yr old submarine veteran. Just purchased my first property in Chandler, AZ with the VA loan and since I will be moving to AZ alone in a 3 bedroom/ 2ba house I wanted to house hack. Any tips on house hacking would be greatly appreciated, again this is my first property and I would like to learn as much as possible. The ultimate goal is to get into multi family properties later on in the near distant future.
