new system needed help

i would like to know if there is a program or software for my tenats to pay the rent online? as of right now they mail the check every month or i have to go to the properties to get the checks.

How many properties do you have?  I started with Cozy.co and now use Rentec Direct.  Cozy.co is free to you and great if you only have a few properties.  Rentec Direct is much more robust and gives the tenant a portal to be able to login.  It does however have a monthly cost.
