Hello all, I live in orlando FL. I heard in Jackson Ms you can buy a house for $50-60k Is that true ? 

Would you recommend buying. A house in this market for outside ? 

How much taxes - insurance will be.

Yes , you are right with those numbers. But still is like 10-12% ROI.

Pp$540 and one year profit of $69. Minus expenses. I don’t see where you get $12 to $14 of profit.

We might have to run the numbers again. To me doesn’t number doesn’t match.

If you get around 10-12% ROI is pretty good.
