Deed / county registration prob

Somthing mess in the post I have company in florida and property in north carolina in the deed the title wrote my llc name and didnt wrote where is it and for mailing address he wrote the property address Thise duplicate to the county the question is if there is a claim how they know which state to find the llc ? i can change in the county maybe the address to my registered agent in florida (they will send to different state ? ) and to add the company name that its located in florida ? i know that i can register in north carolina as a foreign llc but try to save the annual report every year because iam already pay that in florida
