My llc is in florida and i have property in nc , i must to register as foreign? 

Yes i paid him in cash here is all the story

I used contractor to renovate my house iam an llc

I had just a month to do that so i told him that ill pay him every day

Because i was affraid that he will not come

I didnt do a contract because he wanted half from the money to start work

He told me its will cost me 8500 for renovate For labor include matrials

I want to make it easier for him so i bought the metrilals from my credit card and decrease him every expanses from the total

Also i gave him every 2 days money for the work as i mentioned until we finished the work

He promise me recipt but now he doesn't want to give me

I read that i can just to declare that i spent the money for labor because i doesnt want to give me recipt iam an llc

Hi ,Yes i purchased with my florida llc but someone told me that i need to register the llc in north carolina as foreign to do business there and registered agent to get internal mailing of the state  also i need to fill anual report there every year iam trying to save that so i thought just to correct in the county that my llc is in fl and my mailing address my registered agent in fl and than get the mailing there

I have company in florida and property in north carolina in the deed the title wrote my llc name and didnt wrote where is it and for mailing address they wrote the property address Those duplicate to the county the question is if there is a claim how they know which state to look for the llc ?

I can change in the county maybe the address to my registered agent in florida (they will send to different state ? ) and to add to the company name that its located in florida ?

if there is claim or government send mailing where they look for mailing address in tax county or the llc registration web site ?
