Need suggestion from any landlord in Tacoma Washington?

My wife has a house in Tacoma Washington. She rent it out to a tenant who live there for about 5 years. She moved out and trashed the house and caused $4,000 damages. How do I get compensate for the damages? Her property management does not do anything to help her. Anyone knows any good and honest property management company in that area? Need help. Thanks in advance.
