New tenant late rents, no response to calls

New tenant moved, 600+ score, she was living with her old age mom, so no previous landlord. Works as nurse, income is 3 times tent.

For first 2 months she paid 10+ days into month attributing to difficulty in setting up bank transfers or deposit and this month again she is late and not responding to email or calls or text.

What do you suggest I do? How do you generally collect late fee, I asked her to pay late fee but she didn't and now no rent or response to calls, how do I proceed?
