Hi BPeople,

I'm looking for a propriety management software makes sense for a small portfolio, something that is robust enough with tenant screening, tenant communication, marketing as well as accounting options but does not break the bank.

So tell me, what propriety management software are you using these days? And what do you like/ hate about it?

Cozy does not allow you to do much customization.  When I was starting, I was concerned about that - but in the end, keeping the process simple works for me.

I explored TenantCloud a while back.  It's a really nice product, but ended up sticking with Cozy.
