New person in Atlanta

New wholesalers here who will also be doing flips. We are trying to do everything right by the numbers and currently assembling our team. 

We (Wife and I) are doing this as a side hustle if you will, as we both have good jobs with short morning hours so there’s a lot of time for D4$ and exploring. 

We already have our eyes on several properties that look distressed and appear vacant with tax issues, still learning to read the websites. 

We appreciate all the information everyone contribute on here is really great. We look forward to getting our first deal once we build up our list. 

We are mainly focusing on the Gwinnett, DeKalb and Fulton area right not but flexible.
