Best Rental/landlord expense tracker

I use Cozy.com to collect payment from my tenants and I've just been using excel to keep track of all my other expenses dealing with my rental units. I started using myRental hero and Stessa just to get an idea but there are so many platforms out there I'm just looking for the simplest and but best. Any advice?
