I am looking for a Landlord app?

Hello,

I am looking for a landlord app that I could use to screen tenants and also accept online rent payments. Looking for quality & affordable. I currently only have 2 rentals but looking to add to investments and would like an app that could help me manage this.

Thanks

Clark

Use the search tool above to look for "property management software" and you'll find a lot of discussions about this. Most software includes built-in marketing, applications, screening, rent collection, maintenance tracking, and more.

Some commonly recommended options are Cozy.co, Tenantcloud, RentTec, and Innago. I recommend signing up for 2-3 different ones, testing them out, and choosing the one that works best for you.
